Units are subject to availability and are rented on a first come/first serve basis. Capital Storage, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Electricity is provided free of charge in some of our units however, is not for use with refrigerators, freezers or any electrical heater, as stated in lease agreement. Unauthorized usage of electricity for these items will result in eviction.
